We provide the setting, the food, the nature breaks and the logistics — you bring the agenda. Teams of 8–30 work in our open-air meeting space with flip charts and whiteboards (projectors available on request), then decompress with river swims and farm-table meals.
A sample day
- Day 1: Arrival, welcome lunch, team nature walk, evening session, dinner
- Day 2+: Morning session, river break, afternoon session, bonfire debrief
