These terms keep visits safe and fair for everyone — guests, staff, community and river.
Bookings & payment
Enquiries are confirmed by our team with a written quote. A booking is secured on receipt of the stated deposit. Prices are quoted per booking and may change until confirmed.
Cancellations
Plans change — tell us as early as you can. Deposits are transferable to new dates within twelve months. Cancellation terms for weddings and retreats are set out in their individual agreements.
On the property
The river is natural: swim within marked areas, supervise children at all times, and follow guide instructions on all experiences. Please take nothing from the forest and leave nothing in the water — single-use plastics are not permitted on site.
Liability
Outdoor activities carry inherent risk. Participation is at your own risk, and guests are responsible for disclosing relevant medical conditions before water or hiking activities.
